Instagram Artist Spotlight: Rebekah Campbell

Our Instagram artist spotlight for this week is Rebekah Campbell, the photographer whose work fully embodies the idea that we should be living our best 20-somethings life.

Most Instagram feeds now-a-days are filtered to perfection and representing some sort of thematic posting ideal, which is especially interesting considering that we are simultaneously living in a time where people are striving to achieve that classic careless and vintage look.

The irony is, truly, overwhelming.

The reason why we love Campbell so much is that, despite the fact that her pictures probably involve more forethought than we think, a majority of what she posts looks like a true snapshot in time that showcases her and her friends living a relatable life.

There’s a certain sense of freedom in a photo that is not conventionally pretty, and oftentimes those real glimpses into an ‘unfiltered’ moment have more of an impact on us emotionally than anything else.
