Shia LeBeouf’s troubled exhibit HeWillNotDivide.Us relaunched in Alberque, New Mexico this Saturday. The actor was on-site for the re-launch. The exhibit was first sponsored by the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens, New York.
The exhibit was shut down after Shia LeBeouf was arrested and several scuffles took place in front of the camera.
In the re-opening LeBeouf said of the exhibit:
“We are anti the normalization of division.”
The exhibit was vandalized by a masked vandal early this morning and the camera was spray painted over in red. The camera again appears to working and is now streaming on the HeWillNotDivideUs site.
This video of LeBeouf in the New Mexico location has been making appearances online:
The official text on the site currently reads:
Open to all, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the participatory performance will be live-streamed continuously for four years, or the duration of the presidency. In this way, the mantra “HE WILL NOT DIVIDE US” acts as a show of resistance or insistence, opposition or optimism, guided by the spirit of each individual participant and the community.
What do you think of the exhibit overall? Do you think the exhibit will be able to remain open for as long as Drumpf is President? Leave us a comment!
