Corey Fogelmanis Just Landed The Lead Role In A New Series

Fullscreen has just cast Corey Fogelmanis as the lead in their new thriller PrankMe.

The new series will consist of 8 episodes, and is currently in the middle of production in London. Once released, the series will be available for streaming exclusively through Fullscreen.

Fogelmanis, who is probably best know for his role in Girl Meets world, will play the character of Jasper Perkins, a rising social media star who slowly but surely begins to spiral down a dark path.

The series will follow Perkins story of how he goes from being a YouTube prankster to a crowdsourced killer.

Created by Jesse Cleverly and Paul Neafcy (“Jack & Dean of All Trades”), PrankMe will be be executive produced by Miles Bullough and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones, while Hazel Hayes will direct all 8 episodes of the first season. PrankMe was not only created by Cleverly, but written by him as well.

The series does not yet have a release date, but considering that it is still in production, we’re hoping to see the first episode either later this year, or at the very least, the beginning of 2018.

It’s quite possible that we are predicting a much later release date than they actually have in mind, but we’d rather be surprised with episodes sooner than disappointed by a delay.

Keep on the lookout for any and all future PrankMe announcements!
