The 17-year-old’s new accessory line, “High Key by Emma Chamberlain”, flew off the shelves but what’s even more impressive is that fans weren’t allowed to view the items before purchasing.
Emma linked up with popular shopping app Dote to create and sell her new line. High Key features a line of affordable tanks, denim, and textured outerwear.
“I want people to wear High Key and be excited to step out into the world feeling like the best version of themselves,” says Emma.
As to why Emma left her customers in the dark about which specific items they’d be receiving? She says she wants to inspire confidence so her fans can make fearless fashion choices.
“My approach to fashion inspired the name — wearing unique clothes that I love, dressing without fear, and, of course, it gives nod to my unfiltered ways.”
You can do those kinds of things when you’re as popular as Emma. I’m sure it helps that the YouTube sensation has over 3.7 million subscribers on her channel, which consistently gains 300k new followers every week. She isn’t doing too bad on Instagram either. The teen’s got a whopping 3.3 million followers on the app.
If you weren’t lucky enough to catch the pre-sale, don’t worry! Emma’s restocking and this time with more sizes ranging from XS to XXL.
