Jaden Smith is one for four artists to enter Spotify’s 2019 very own RapCaviar Pantheon.
In 2017, Spotify’s RapCaviar created a real-world Pantheon complete with life-size sculptures of the three biggest breakthrough artists of the year. Some past artist have included SZA, Metro Boomin, and 21 Savage.
This year’s stars include Jaden Smith, Cardi B, Gunna, and Juice WRLD. These are four cultural disruptors who are making an undeniable impact on hip-hop and the world.
In a recent Spotify article, they stated the following about Jaden and his sculpture-
“Jaden Smith’s artistry defies convention, and the best is yet to come. His statue represents both his highly conceptual music and his unconventional journey from child actor to rapper and artist. The two heads in his sculpture also signify the dueling characters in Jaden’s music. Jaden’s ever stoic personification in SYRE sits atop his body like any normal head and represents teenage emotion and heartbreak. As SYRE, Jaden holds a screaming head, ERYS, a fiery representation of materialism and anger, to demonstrate how light conquers chaos.”
Jaden’s mom Jada Pinkett Smith, showed her son some love by posting this on Instagram today.

The four artworks will be inducted into this special hall of fame in New York City where there will be like-size sculptures for fans and visitors to see for a limited time. The artworks will be housed at the Brooklyn Museum from April 3-7th.
The Pantheon was created by Spotify’s in-house team. Creative Director Ibra Ake consulted on the project and directed the films.
