See Who The Top 10 Travel Instagrammers Are Right Now!

Marek Bron of Indie Traveller ranked the Top 100 Travel Instagrammers using data complied from users’ follower count, follower ratio, account activity, engagement rate, and other metrics using an app he built just for this!

His tool gives priority to users with the highest engagement rate as it isn’t just restricted to the Instagrammers with the most followers, or just those who “boost” their activity artificially with purchased likes/follows. We’re listing out the top 10 from his end of 2017 list for you right now!

1. Jannick Obenhoff

This German 17-year-old has accumulated over 730,000 followers along with the insanely high engagement rate of 5.4%.

2. Alex Strohl

Alex is based out of Montana, and his big skies photography represents his local geography perfectly. But he travels across the globe capturing incredible views through his lens.

3. Eric Rubens

Living in SoCal, Eric features much of the Pacific Ocean in his feed. Think dreamy sunsets, California mountains, and total West Coast vibes.

4. Chris Burkard

Chris does the outdoors right, capturing not only awe-inspiring photos, but video as well. He’s also a California native, and got an early start in his career working as a photographer for Surfline.

Jack is living the dream, and left his day job behind him in 2012 and grabbing his bags to lead a more nomadic life abroad. He’s currently calling Bali home, but that could change at any point- and he’d be fine with that.

Swiss photographer Senai doesn’t restrict himself to landscape images, he also has plenty of cityscapes and beautiful architecture represented in his feed.

Michael has the fewest followers on this Top 10 list by far, clocking in at just over 82,800, but he has massive engagement (11.1%!) – earning him this well-deserved placement.
