Our Bae All Day is the lovely Manou! Manou is not only known for her amazing singing voice, but also for her gorgeous Instagram and around the world travels.
When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up? How did you get to where you are today?
I always wanted to be a model or a singer but everybody told me, that’s not a job. So I went to school until I could finally convince my parents to do music. My big break through was in 2007 when I got cast in a Disney band. The name was “beFour.” We toured for 3 years, had our own documentary about the band as a TV show on the Disney channel, won a platinum record and 10 golden records. It was a dream come true.
What initially got you into modeling?
I started getting recognized for my fashion when I was in the band. We always had to dress up everyday and look the best for camera. I’d always dress up crazy, would try out new things- geezzz, sometimes my outfits looked so hilarious. I definitely wouldn’t wear some of the same outfits again;)
What’s one thing you are super passionate about, that most people don’t know?
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate…. Most people think I’m always eating healthy and work out all the time. BUT that’s totally wrong. I think it’s my genetics (thanks to mom and dad) that I don’t gain weight easily cause I eat a lot of sweets!!
You are a brand developer manager for Brand Snob, can you tell us a little bit about that? How did you get involved?
A friend of mine told me about it and said I should sign up, they have great brands to work with. I think it’s a great platform for influencers and brands to find each other. Both can profit from each other and that’s what influencers are here for. We help brands with quality pictures and market the product on our social media platforms.
Can you tell us one of the most embarrassing moments from a shoot or casting?
I did once a shoot with a white very beautiful, long dress at the beach for the brand “missjuneparis” and then I went straight to a BBQ after the shoot. My best friend would look at me when I arrived and say: OMG this dress is so pretty but isn’t it inside out? We laughed so hard and I had to admit, I just did an entire shoot wearing the dress the wrong way…… welcome to my life;) I’m down for wearing clothes inside out all the time. #dontjudge

Who’s your favorite Snapchat story to watch right now?!
My friends;) ‘Cause that’s the only way to stay in touch with them since a lot of them live overseas. Snapchat gives you the opportunity to see someones life not just in pictures.
What’s next for you? What are some of your future plans or things you want to accomplish next?
I wanna travel the world as an influencer.
