Rampant speculation is taking place over who Cameron Dallas is actually dating after being spotted recently with two different ladies.
It first began this past weekend when Cameron changed his Twitter profile photo to a pic with Insta-famous model, Alexis Ren.
Not long thereafter, he posted a steamy photoshoot that he did with Alexis and photographer Bryant Eslava.
However last night he was spotted leaving a West Hollywood restaurant with model and celeb spawn, Hailey Baldwin.
