'Shudder' Is Here to Provide You With A Daily Scare

AMC’s premium streaming service ‘Shudder’ is chockfull of some amazingly scary previews to tempt your subscription dollars, and if you like the strange and the scary, it’s probably working.

NOROI (The Curse) is largely online for free, and it’s very scary indeed. NOROI takes the form of a documentary by a prominent paranormal journalist named Kobayashi, who went missing shortly after completing it. What begins as an investigation into strange noises soon evolves into the chilling mystery of a demonic entity named Kagutaba, as suspense and terror build steadily to a heart-stopping finale. This found footage piece competes with the best of them. Grab popcorn (and a safety blanket) when watching.

Rodney Ascher’s highly anticipated Primal Scream is also currently up on the streaming service. It is a hybrid documentary/horror series that coming deep into human psychology to figure out what exactly makes the hair-raising so compelling.

If you love horror, we have a feeling that Shudder will make you open your wallets and subscribe… although this is truly for horror lovers, and if getting scared freaks you out to the max, maybe skip this one. But if you LOVE to scream, we recommend it, although maybe don’t watch alone!
