French fitness influencer Rebecca Burger passed away this weekend following a very tragic accident.
On Saturday, June 17th the 33-year-old experienced cardiac arrest after a pressurized whipped cream dispenser exploded and struck her in the chest. Firefighters arrived on scene and were able to revive her long enough to get her to the hospital, where she died the following day.
Her family took to Instagram to post words of caution to her 179k fans:
The French text translates to: “Here is an example of a chantilly siphon that exploded and struck Rebecca’s thorax, resulting in her death. Do not use this kind of utensil in your home! Several tens of thousands of defective devices are still in circulation.”
