For me, I would say the major key is a real mental connection.
What music artist or genre motivates you when you’re working out and why?
I love music, when I’m working out I get on SoundCloud and listen to Lana Del Remixes, Dj Mustard, Future, 21 Savage, anything that has a sick beat gets me pumped.
If you had the chance to go back in time and talk to the teenage Lynnie what would you tell her?
To not try to grow up so fast and enjoy not having so much responsibility. (I have a teenage brother and I tell him this all the time.)
What’s one thing you are super passionate about that most people don’t know?
Empowering women to feel more confident with themselves. I love helping others in anyway I can.

I want to just continue to grow and somewhere down the road create a brand. I also want to be a well known model outside of Instagram that other women are inspired by.
