Red Bull has been an early adapter in the digital media industry and has a long-standing endorsement deal with the one and only Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins and they just took that deal to the next level.
A limited-edition Ninja-themed 8.4oz beverage can is set to hit shelves nationwide on April 1st – no this is not an April Fool’s Joke!
The can will be available while supplies last in both four and twelve packs. This will be the very first time Red Bull has featured an esports athlete on its packaging.
Ninja received his first can unexpectedly via a drone when he was on a photo shoot with Red Bull. They captured the moment, which you can see below!

As part of the campaign, Red Bull is also hosting a contest where fans can win the chance to have a meet-and-greet with the Fortnite Star. You can enter here! All fans have to do is upload a picture or video creatively showcasing the ways in which they game. The winners will be flown to the Red Bull gaming event and the four runners-up will receive Ninja merch and premium gaming hardware.
“It’s been a year beyond my wildest dreams, and a big part of that has come from joining the Red Bull family and the wings they’ve given me,” Ninja said in a statement. “To get my own Red Bull can is more than I could have ever imagined, and I am stoked to celebrate the launch by giving my fans a chance to join me for a gaming session.”
